Porter Interiors Inc. is a Toronto based residential Interior Design Firm led by Lisa Nicole Porter.

After a successful career in the fashion industry, starring in revered publications including Conde Nast, Hearst, and St Joseph Media, and working with world renowned designers in New York, Paris, Milan, and Los Angeles, Lisa was fueled towards a career in the art & design industry. Upon returning to Canada, Lisa successfully graduated from the FIDER & CIDA accredited Toronto Metropolitan University School of Interior Design, where she went on to work for one of Canada’s most illustrious high end residential designers, Brian Gluckstein.

The product of several years at a prominent residential design firm and many years in the international fashion industry, Porter Interiors draws inspiration from local creators and designers of Canada, as well as those abroad.

Lisa is an NCIDQ Certified, licensed and insured Interior Designer. NCIDQ Certification is the globally recognized hallmark of a highly qualified interior designer equipped with the knowledge and ability to meet industry standards for public safety and welfare outlined by local building codes and accessibility guidelines. Lisa is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), a designation accredited by the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). Specialists are trained to assist homeowners with modifications to ensure a safe, barrier free, and accessible environment that promotes independence and autonomy.
